  • What floor plans are available?

    At The Goodrich in Conroe, TX, you’ll find thoughtfully designed one, two, and three-bedroom apartments created to fit a variety of lifestyles. Whether you’re looking for a cozy retreat or extra room to spread out, our spacious floor plans combine comfort and modern style to help you feel right at home.

  • What is included in the rent?

    All floor plan pricing reflects base rent only. Additional monthly fees and one-time charges may apply and vary by apartment home, lease term, and selected options. Please review the fee details or contact our leasing team for a personalized quote.

  • What lease terms are available?

    At The Goodrich, we offer flexible lease terms of 3 to 15 months.
  • Are there any move-in specials?

    Any current leasing incentives or specials will be listed on our website or provided by our leasing team.
  • Is renter’s insurance required?

    You are automatically enrolled in our community liability insurance plan starting on your scheduled move-in day. While you are not required to provide proof of a personal renter's insurance policy, we highly recommend purchasing one independently to cover your personal belongings, as our property plan only covers liability.
  • What are the application requirements?

    Requirements include a gross monthly income of at least three times the market rent, verified via a secure third-party vendor link. Applicants must also pass a standard credit, criminal, and rental background screening.
  • What fees are due at move-in?

    To make things simple and clear, we have put together a list of potential fees you might encounter as a current or future resident. This guide is included to make it simple to see both one-time and monthly fees that may apply beyond the base rent.

  • What is the pet policy?

    We welcome cats and dogs at The Goodrich and allow two pets per apartment home. There is no required pet deposit, but we do require a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet. Pet rent is $25 per pet per month. Service animals and assistance animals are accommodated in accordance with Fair Housing regulations.
  • Can apartments be customized?

    Under the Fair Housing Act (FHA), reasonable accommodations and modifications can be made to allow people with disabilities equal opportunity to enjoy their housing. Other modifications must comply with community guidelines. Please, contact the leasing office for details regarding décor or approved changes.

  • What amenities are available?

    At The Goodrich in Conroe, TX, residents can enjoy a blend of modern apartment features and community amenities designed for comfort and convenience. Our one, two, and three-bedroom apartments include stylish touches like quartz or granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, built-in desks, soaking tubs, and smart home technology in select homes.   • What parking options are available?

    Detached garage parking and covered parking are available, with pricing ranging from $35 to $110 per month. Please, contact the leasing office for additional details.

  • What is located near the community?

    The Goodrich places you near some of the best attractions and conveniences in Conroe, TX. Located just north of Houston and close to the shores of Lake Conroe, residents can enjoy easy access to boating, fishing, and outdoor recreation at Lake Conroe Beach Park. Nearby destinations like the historic Crighton Theatre, Heritage Museum of Montgomery County, and Montgomery County Memorial Library offer local entertainment and cultural experiences.   • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Residents may submit maintenance requests through the resident portal or by contacting the leasing office.

  • What security features are available?

    The community features a fully enclosed perimeter with controlled-access entry gates.
  • How can I contact management?

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept ACH (electronic check), credit card, and debit card payments. All payments can be securely processed online through the Loft Living app via the resident portal.

  • What is required to take a tour?

    A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all personalized tours of our community.
  • How do I schedule a tour?

    Tours may be scheduled online or by contacting the leasing office. We offer both in-person and virtual tour options.
